What You’ll Be Doing

As a Marketing / Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for all marketing efforts across the company, working closely with multiple departments to maintain a strong brand presence and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms
  • Create and publish engaging content and postings
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility
  • Photograph current inventory and manage online inventory listings
  • Remove sold inventory from digital platforms
  • Stay current on marketing trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
  • Collaborate with various departments to design monthly promotional flyers
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials, cards, and promotional items for current and potential customers
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

What You Need to Succeed

  • Recent graduate (within the past 2 years) with a degree in Marketing and internship experience preferred
  • Alternatively, 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience will be considered
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is ideal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and intermediate skills in Excel
  • Experience with Adobe Suite ideal, but not necessary
  • Self-motivated, creative, and driven with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to generate and execute fresh marketing ideas
  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required
  • Career-focused with a desire to take full ownership of the role
