This role serves as the communication hub between Sales, Service, Parts, Detail, Vendors, and Management. Your ability to organize work, solve problems, communicate effectively, and keep vehicles moving directly impacts dealership profitability, inventory turn time, and customer satisfaction.
If you enjoy fast-paced environments, thrive under pressure, and take pride in keeping multiple projects moving at once, this is an opportunity to become an essential part of a growing dealership.

• Manage repair costs while maintaining quality and speed.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues before they delay completion.
What Success Looks Like
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. They don't wait for problems to be discovered—they anticipate them and solve them.
Success means vehicles move through reconditioning quickly, repair costs remain within budget, communication is proactive, deadlines are met, Sales always knows the status of every vehicle, and nothing falls through the cracks.
