Onboarding Specialist Oregon City
20000 S Ferguson Rd, Oregon City, OR

We're looking for someone exceptional.
We're looking for someone who thrives on solving problems, creating order out of complexity, and delivering an exceptional experience for the people they serve.
At Out of the Box Solutions, we support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families throughout Oregon. The onboarding experience is often a family's first impression of our agency—and one of the most important experiences we provide.
This role requires someone who can think critically, manage multiple moving pieces, build meaningful relationships, and consistently follow through. The right person is equally comfortable navigating compliance requirements, supporting families, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

If you take ownership of your work, enjoy being challenged, and take pride in delivering results while making a meaningful difference in people's lives, we'd love to meet you.
