Cocktail Server

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone
• Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOP’s
• Take food and drink order, offer recommendations, and ensure timely and efficient delivery to guests
• Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift
• Complete all closing side work at end of shift
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Maintain strong teamwork with fellow employees to ensure a flawless guest service experience
• Address guest concerns efficiently, escalating to management when appropriate to ensure satisfaction
• Follow all policies and procedures
• Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance
• Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform
• Maintains cleanliness of all dining and patio areas

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
• Open Availability including evenings, weekends and holidays required
• Previous experience as a cocktail server of related role required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
