Key Responsibilities

Inventory maintenance:

• Clean, wax, polish, refurbish and detail vehicles
• Inspect finished vehicles to ensure the highest quality presentation on the sales lot
• Assist in fulfilling customer requests
• Maintain proper function of all detailing tools and equipment
• Directly report any vehicle or equipment damage to the supervising manager in a timely fashion

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales & service managers to maintain smooth workflows and effective communication.
• Coordinate and arrange work effectively with fellow team members
• Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the dealerships

Operational Support:

• Accurately record and report needed vehicle information to managers.
• Assist in getting vehicles ready for display on the sales lots.

• Previous automotive detail experience a plus, but not required
• Positive attitude and can-do mentality
• Hardworking, reliable, and always eager to improve on skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
