We are looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team! Candidates will have the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up with the best paid training program in the business. The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs.
Annual Pay starting at: $50,000+ / with potential for 6 figures

Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management

Relationship Building: Nurture long-term, enriching relationships to build a lifelong clientele.

Consultative Selling: Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking targeted questions and listening carefully to their needs.

Follow-up: Maintain contact with buyers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referral business.
Product Knowledge & Presentation

Subject Matter Expertise: Continuously develop knowledge of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest automotive technologies.

Vehicle Demonstrations: Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of both new and used vehicles for potential buyers.
Sales Performance & Operations

Overcoming Objections: Learn to navigate and thrive in sales situations by successfully addressing customer concerns.

Reporting: Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding specific objectives, planned activities, and performance analyses.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements

Driving Record: A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving history.

Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
