Job Summary:

 

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cashier / Accounting Assistant to join our team. This part-time position is ideal for someone looking to grow into a full-time role. Prior experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage daily cash balancing
  • Assist with accounting tasks like data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations
  • Support front desk duties and general office operations
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all financial records

 

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required – We Will Train):

 

  • Experience as a cashier or in accounting/administrative support
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with learning new systems

 

Schedule:

 

  • Part-Time: [24-32 hours per week]
