A Housekeeping Runner supports hotel operations by delivering linens, amenities, and supplies, assisting housekeeping staff, and ensuring guest requests are promptly fulfilled. 

Olde Naples has 1 Full-Time opening from 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM for Housekeeping Runner; must have open availability Monday - Sunday during those hours. Additionally, we have 1 other Full-Time Flex Housekeeping Runner/Lobby Attendant opening from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM on Wednesday and Thursday (Lobby), off Friday & Saturday, and 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday (Runner). The Full-Time Housekeeping Runner supports hotel operations by delivering linens, amenities, and supplies, assisting housekeeping staff, and ensuring guest requests are promptly fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering Supplies: Transport linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities to housekeeping staff or directly to guest rooms to maintain smooth operations and timely service.
• Restocking and Inventory Management: Replenish housekeeping storage areas, closets, and supply rooms, and track inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Guest Support: Respond to guest requests for additional items, provide directions, and offer information about hotel amenities and services.
• Interdepartmental Assistance: Act as a liaison between housekeeping and other hotel departments, including food and beverage, front desk, and events, to coordinate tasks and support overall guest satisfaction.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Help ensure public areas and guest floors are orderly and meet hotel standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Physical Stamina: Ability to move quickly, lift and carry supplies, and navigate hotel floors efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate delivery of items and maintain organized storage areas.
• Customer Service Orientation: Respond courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with housekeeping staff, supervisors, and other departments.
• Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or hospitality is preferred.
