Associate Retail Liaison

Olde Naples Hotel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate Retail Liaison to join our team in Naples, FL. This role involves supporting retail operations and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be a friendly communicator with an eye for detail and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily retail store operations including inventory management and merchandising.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and inviting retail environment.
• Support marketing efforts by helping with in-store promotions and special events.
• Report on sales and inventory status to management as needed.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems.
• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred but not required.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
