Pay: $17.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm

Olathe Ford Lincoln is looking to add a motivated team member to our Parts Department. Due to continued growth and a high volume of parts sales, we are seeking a Parts Picker/Stocker to join one of the top-performing parts teams in the Kansas City metro area. If you enjoy staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team that supports technicians and customers, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Pull and fill parts orders accurately from inventory
• Deliver parts to technicians and outside customers as needed
• Maintain organized inventory and perform regular bin checks to ensure stock accuracy
• Keep shelves stocked, clean, and organized
• Read and utilize parts catalogs to identify and locate parts
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members regarding parts requests and orders
• Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers
• Notify management of out-of-stock parts or inventory concerns requiring immediate attention
• Assist with general housekeeping and warehouse organization duties
• Support day-to-day operations within the Parts Department

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous automotive parts experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift, move, and organize automotive parts throughout the workday
