The role involves performing basic maintenance services and inspections on vehicles, with opportunities for advancement through Ford factory training and internal promotions. The Quick Lane team works collaboratively to service a high volume of vehicles daily, providing a supportive environment for learning and growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
- Replace batteries, wipers, and small light bulbs.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections to support new car sales.
- Inspect each vehicle, record findings, and recommend additional work using an iPad.
Requirements
- Strong physical dexterity for working with tools.
- Ability to collaborate well with others in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mentality.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures.
- Valid driver's license.
