Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6 pm

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting & Billing Specialist to support our accounting and billing operations. This position will work extensively in QuickBooks and Salesforce, utilizing their integration to ensure accurate customer and vendor billing.

This role is part of Olathe Fleet Solutions, a successful commercial vehicle business serving customers nationwide. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain a high level of accuracy, and play a key role in supporting the company's financial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Work within QuickBooks and Salesforce to maintain accurate financial and customer information.
  • Create and process customer invoices based on products, services, and customer assets.
  • Process and review vendor billing and invoices for accuracy and proper coding.
  • Reconcile accounts between QuickBooks and Salesforce
  • Verify customer assets and account information to ensure customers are being invoiced correctly.
  • Review billing records and investigate discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations, ensuring transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding billing questions, discrepancies, and account information.
  • Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or bookkeeping.
  • Experience using QuickBooks; knowledge of Salesforce is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
  • Comfortable working with financial data and multiple computer systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
