Position Overview:

The RV Parts Countersales position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to retail customers, service technicians, and RV owners seeking parts and accessories.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Provide high level service to both internal and external customers
• Check in and very parts orders accurately
• Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
• Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop material
• Be able to understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts as well as other safety and maintenance documents
• Answer phone calls and provide price quotes and other information to customers
• Review body shop estimates to verify the parts orders and pricing is correct
• Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Prior auto part sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to calculate figures/amounts including discounts, interests, commissions, proportions, percentages, area circumference, and volume
