Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you will lead and grow our sales team while ensuring we meet and exceed customer expectations:

Manage business development representatives for internet lead generation and follow-up

Oversee all incoming internet, phone, and email leads, ensuring timely and professional responses

Generate appointments and quotes through proactive outbound prospecting and lead management

Assist customers with vehicle selection, acting as a product expert and trusted advisor

Monitor CRM usage, ensuring accurate records and strong customer communication

Train, coach, and motivate sales and BDC staff to meet performance targets
-
Participate in the new hire and interview process for BDC and sales team members
-
Develop and measure internet business development processes to maximize results

Lead with integrity, holding yourself and your team to high ethical and professional standards
Qualifications

2–4 years of automotive dealership experience (sales or management preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

Superior organizational abilities and attention to detail

Proven closing skills and a track record of hitting sales targets

Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment

High ethical standards and values
-
Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
-
Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening
