Responsibilities

 

 

As an Express Lube Technician, you will perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to keep our customers safely on the road:

 

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations

• Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings

• Check and maintain fluid levels (coolant, transmission, brake, etc.)

• Inspect and replace wiper blades, bulbs, and other basic components

• Ensure vehicles are serviced quickly, efficiently, and accurately

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Provide excellent customer service and represent Okoboji Motor Company with professionalism

Qualifications

 

 

• Previous experience as a Lube Technician, Automotive Service Technician, or equivalent role preferred (but not required — we provide training!)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and eagerness to learn

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Career-minded and looking for long-term growth opportunities in the automotive industry
