Mission Viejo Kia is looking for a professional, energetic Automotive Service Greeter to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in the automotive industry.

 Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and warmly upon arrival
• Direct vehicles into the service drive safely and efficiently
• Gather initial service information and assist Service Advisors
• Maintain an organized and welcoming service lane
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout each visit

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors when needed
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required

The parts Automotive service greeter Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $19.00 and $22.00.  The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
