Job Summary: The General Office/Title Clerk should be experienced in office responsibilities including bookkeeping, scanning documents, cash handling and have the ability to multi-task and work on deadlines. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a desire to be a team player. The applicant should have intermediate computer knowledge with MS Office including Excel, accuracy with 10 keypad and typing skills. The position often times includes the performing of ad hoc administrative duties as needed.

General Office/Title Clerk Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Pay

- Compensation: $15.00-$17.00 hourly depending on experience
- Full Benefits after 90 days
- Paid Vacation after 1 year

General Office/Title Clerk Responsibilities:
- Process vehicle registrations
- Reassigning of titles
- Posting wholesale sales in Automate system
- Processing dealer trades
- Work cooperatively with the sales team
- Communicate with staff and customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Sort and file documents
General Office/Title Clerk Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Professional presentation
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
General Office/Title Clerk Clerk Hours:
- Monday - Friday 8:00-4:30
