The Certified Master Technician serves as a technical resource within the service department while helping maintain manufacturer standards, shop productivity, and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do
-
Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs using manufacturer-approved tools, equipment, and procedures

Diagnose and repair complex electrical, engine, transmission, drivability, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and related vehicle systems

Complete customer-pay, warranty, recall, and maintenance repairs while maintaining manufacturer and dealership quality standards

Accurately document repair procedures, diagnostic findings, and recommendations while communicating effectively with Service Advisors and leadership

Support technician development by assisting with advanced diagnostics, sharing technical knowledge, and contributing to an efficient shop environment

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean or acceptable driving record

Ability to pass a standard background check

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

Current manufacturer Master Technician Certification required

ASE Certifications preferred

Advanced diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair experience preferred
