Building and Facilities Maintenance - Part Time (Chillicothe, OH):

The Nourse Chillicothe Automall is currently seeking a part-time maintenance candidate to assist our Building Maintenance manager in keeping our facilities in proper working order and support during projects as assigned. The right candidate will have a background in facilities maintenance and upkeep and a schedule that fits with with our 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM, Monday-Friday workweek!

Responsibilities

• Ensure the basic functions of systems including water, hygiene, electricity, HVAC to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Maintain and repair basic electrical and plumbing needs
• Will ensure all building codes are upheld and adhere to OSHA building and safety requirements.
• Build necessary items upon request.
• Will perform snow removal of sidewalks and the parking areas

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
• Must have knowledge of equipment and facility maintenance 
• Requires mechanical skills to assess maintenance needs along with a basic understanding of HVAC, electricity, plumbing and carpentry.
• Be comfortable working in external and internal work environments to include adverse or extreme weather conditions.
• Must be comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunctions with day to day activities.
• Projects may require working under time constraints to meet deadlines, extended ours and on occasion, weekends.
