Automotive Deal Processing Clerk (Chillicothe):

Nourse Chillicothe Automall is currently seeking an Administrative Deal Processor to assist with new and pre-owned deal booking within our business office. This position will require strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems that may arise while processing deals. While it is not a requirement, deal processing experience is preferred due to the fast-paced nature of this position.

Responsibilities:

• Process paperwork for acquired vehicles, daily
• Receive and inspect deals
• Pull title and MSOs
• Issue purchase/payoff checks
• Make copies of appropriate and required records
• Develop funding packets
• Communicate with Dealership management daily
• Manage and finalize all held offerings
• Includes but not limited to filling and other administrative responsibilities

Requirements:

• Must be insurable and possess a valid Driver’s License
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive experience preferred
• Dealertrack experience preferred
• Must have knowledge and experience with general ledgers and debits and credits
• Must have knowledge of accounting schedules and procedures
• Knowledge of end-of-month procedures
• Must be process-driven
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Experience answering multi-line telephones
• Must be multi-faceted in order to fill in other positions when needed
• Must have a professional appearance and work ethic
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
