Automotive Custodian (Chillicothe, OH):

Nourse Chillicothe Automall is currently seeking a full-time custodian to assist in maintaining the cleanliness and operation of our facilities. The right candidate will have experience with manual and automatic cleaning tools. Compensation will be dependent upon applicant's experience and references.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure the basic hygiene to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Assist in the up-keep and cleanliness of all buildings, inside and out.
• Adhere to OSHA building and safety requirements.
• Will perform snow removal of sidewalks and the parking areas

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
• Must have knowledge of cleaning equipment and facility upkeep
• Must have the ability to exercise judgment, make decisions and respond to cleaning emergencies and staff requests within a reasonable time period.
• Ability to plan and organize work to achieve desired results
• Be comfortable working in external and internal work environments to include adverse or extreme weather conditions.
• Must be comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunctions with day to day activities. Projects may require working under time constraints to meet deadlines, extended ours and on occasion, weekends.
