Assistant Baker - LOCATED IN SPRING BRANCH

The Assistant Baker will be responsible for:

• Assisting in baking cakes in all sizes and flavors by diligently following recipes 
• Remove cakes from pans and package properly 
• Put baked cakes away and rotate cakes in cooler according to NBC standards
• Track inventory of baked goods
• Maintain refrigeration logs
• Provide management with a daily production sheet
• Keep baking area clean and sanitized including tables, equipment and tools
• Bring in orders of groceries and out them away

The Assistant Baking position hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:00pm, The starting pay is $13.00 per hour. We will not tolerate bad behavior/language, tardiness or missed days without a Doctors note.
