Administrative Assistant to a Financial Advisor
-Looking at Part-time to start (Probably 20ish hours per week) with the vision of becoming full time in the future with health benefits and a matching retirement plan
-Duties would include:
-Phoning to schedule meetings with existing clients as well as rescheduling prior meetings
-Managing calendar
-Communicating with clients for service requests as well as other team members to complete tasks
-Completing paperwork such as applications for prospects and clients
-Marketing when it comes to social media posts on LinkedIn and updating the advisor website on occasion
-Managing email inbox
-Long term vision would be to become insurance and investment licensed to sign paperwork and perform investment trades
-Prior industry experience is preferred, must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
