Job Summary: This is typically an entry level position in the Auto Industry. We like to train this position and add responsibilities over time, so the employee earns more knowledge and can move forward with our fast-paced industry. This is the position we look at to recruit for any possible accounting office positions that open up and become available. Receptionists are responsible for many clerical tasks to ensure the staff can communicate and work efficiently with customers. Their job involves answering phone calls, greeting visitors, scanning permanent records, and preparing communications, among other tasks.
Administrative Assistant Compensation and Benefits:

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Perform various clerical and administrative duties
- Answering the phones quickly, professionally and in a timely manner
- Welcoming all visitors and screening them for the correct department
- Maintain our permanent records by scanning all of our documents daily
- Data Entry
- Managing License Plates- filing, mailing and contacting customers
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Clearing a Background check
- Able to pass a Drug Screen
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Computer software skills
- Experience using general office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.)
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks, manual dexterity
