Daycare Center Director

FULL-TIME DIRECTOR FOR A FUN, VIBRANT DAYCARE CENTER!

Location: Near Chelten and Germantown Avenues
Salary: $23 to $27 per hour

We are a vibrant, fun daycare with loving, high-energy students. We are seeking qualified candidates who are experienced, creative and knowledgeable with strong leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development or related field 
• Must be knowledgeable about the PHLpreK program
• Must have at least 2 years of experience managing people
• Experience in creating and managing rigorous, age-appropriate curriculum
• Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations for childcare
• Knowledge in managing an accredited daycare program
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and the ability to learn other computer programs quickly
• Must have all clearances and a clean driving record
