What You'll Do

• Identify and utilize the correct lift points for each vehicle prior to service
• Properly secure all vehicles before removing tires and wheels
• Reinstall tires and wheels to manufacturer torque specifications to ensure safe vehicle operation
• Operate wheel balancing equipment to verify and correct tire balance
• Diagnose tire issues, repair flats, and conduct balance and rotation evaluations
• Perform wheel alignment inspections and adjustments across a variety of makes and models
• Follow all dealership safety policies and liability guidelines without exception
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment when operating machinery and hand tools
• Complete all additional duties as directed by shop management

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a tire and alignment technician
• Solid understanding of automotive repair and maintenance fundamentals
• Ability to read and interpret written instructions, service documentation, and guidelines
• Strong verbal and written communicator with a team-first attitude
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional, courteous approach
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
