What You'll Do
- Identify and utilize the correct lift points for each vehicle prior to service
- Properly secure all vehicles before removing tires and wheels
- Reinstall tires and wheels to manufacturer torque specifications to ensure safe vehicle operation
- Operate wheel balancing equipment to verify and correct tire balance
- Diagnose tire issues, repair flats, and conduct balance and rotation evaluations
- Perform wheel alignment inspections and adjustments across a variety of makes and models
- Follow all dealership safety policies and liability guidelines without exception
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment when operating machinery and hand tools
- Complete all additional duties as directed by shop management
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a tire and alignment technician
- Solid understanding of automotive repair and maintenance fundamentals
- Ability to read and interpret written instructions, service documentation, and guidelines
- Strong verbal and written communicator with a team-first attitude
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional, courteous approach
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
