Product Consultant - Entry Level

North Shore Mazda is hiring entry-level Product Consultants to train and grow with our team. No sales experience required — we'll teach you everything you need to know. You'll earn a non-commission base salary plus a monthly bonus structure, with real potential for advancement into higher-earning and leadership roles as you develop.

What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the vehicle buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Build product knowledge on our Mazda lineup to answer customer questions confidently
• Deliver a high level of customer service from first contact through delivery
• Follow up with leads and customers to build long-term relationships
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Represent the dealership with a professional appearance and strong work ethic

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior sales or customer service experience a plus, but not required — we provide full training
