This role is essential in ensuring all vehicle contract paperwork is accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and manage new and used automotive sales contracts
• Review all deal documents for accuracy and compliance with state and lender requirements
• Coordinate with sales and finance managers to resolve any deal discrepancies
• Enter contract accounting data and reconciliation of related schedules
• Maintain organized digital and physical contract records

Qualifications:

• Previous dealership or automotive contract clerk experience strongly preferred
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CDK is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
