Description of the Role:

As a Sales Consultant at North Point Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their vehicle purchase. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, understand their needs, and help them find the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget. You will act as a knowledgeable resource, explaining the features and benefits of our vehicles, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable sales process for our customers. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs and preferences
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and benefits
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
• Negotiate pricing and financing options to ensure a fair and satisfactory deal for both parties
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a strong knowledge of our products, promotions, and industry trends
• Follow up with customers and provide exceptional after-sales service to build long-term relationships
• Communicate with online customers working deals remotely via text, email, chat, phone, and video

Requirements:

• Prior sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Valid driver's license
