Pre-Owned Sales Manager

North Brothers Ford is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Used Car Manager to join our team and drive the success of our used car department.

Job Summary:

The Used Car Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the used car department. This role includes managing inventory, developing sales strategies, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, a passion for customer service, and excellent leadership skills.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Used Car Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of used car sales processes, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
• Proficiency in dealership management software and MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
