Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair drivability concerns, engine performance issues, and complex electrical systems.

  • Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.

  • Communicate with service advisors and parts team to ensure seamless workflow.

  • Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders.

  • Test drive vehicles to confirm repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Stay current with manufacturer bulletins and technical training.

  • Mentor apprentice technicians when assigned.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

  • Follow all OSHA, EPA, and dealership safety policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven technician experience (Ford or domestic brand experience preferred).

  • Strong diagnostic and drivability expertise.

  • FORD certifications (or willingness to obtain, reimbursement provided).

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
