Service Advisor Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in and scheduled auto repair customers

• Accurately capture vehicle symptoms and service needs, be comfortable with video. 

• Recommend routine maintenance and repairs based on mileage and vehicle history

• Create and communicate estimates for labor and OEM parts

• Schedule appointments and coordinate Ford loaner vehicle availability

• Follow up with customers during service process

• Ensure repair orders are accurate and transparent

• Review completed work and invoice with customer at pick-up

• Maintain high CSI scores and customer satisfaction levels

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in an automotive service advisor role (Ford experience preferred)

• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and dealer service operations

• Proficient with automotive DMS software, service scheduling, and communication tools

• Detail-oriented, personable, and organized

• Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent
