Automotive Sales Representative

JOB SUMMARY

The Nissan Bronx Sales Representative is responsible for selling new and used vehicles while providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and satisfying experience. This is an individual contributor role with a primary focus on vehicle sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in The Bronx, New York. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base salary between $125,000 and $180,000 per year

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide an outstanding sales experience during the car-buying process
• Deliver superior customer service to existing and prospective customers
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Nissan product lines
• Identify customer needs and use feature/benefit selling techniques and effective closing strategies
• Participate in business development activities to generate new leads and close sales
• Adhere to all dealership policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Proven track record of customer service success
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• Phone skills are preferred
• Speaking Spanish is an advantage
