What You’ll Do

As a Finance /BDC Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — setting the tone for an exceptional experience.

You will:

• Respond to internet and phone leads quickly and professionally

• Connect with customers and identify their vehicle needs through active listening

• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments

• Follow proven call and email scripts to maximize success

• Maintain relationships with previous customers

• Conduct customer follow-up and satisfaction surveys

• Help drive traffic and revenue to the dealership

What We’re Looking For

We want team players who are:

Positive and enthusiastic
Strong communicators (verbal and written)

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Professional in appearance and attitude
Basic computer proficient

Preferred but not required:

• Finance /BDC or call center experience

• Automotive industry experience

• Bilingual skills
