As a flexible-first organization, this role requires the Growth Marketing Manager to be onsite at the office two-three days a week.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Growth Marketing Manager at Nextpoint, you’ll work directly with our Chief Revenue Officer - Industry Growth Marketing to bring our campaigns and lead generation strategies to life. You’ll be the go-to person, coordinating with our Product, Sales, and Client Success teams to create effective, demand-driven campaigns that attract qualified leads and fuel our growth. This role gives you the chance to make a real impact, working closely with Business Development to help us reach our ambitious targets. The impact you’ll make

  • Develop Marketing Programs: You’ll translate business strategies and market insights into impactful marketing programs, proposing fresh ideas that support our growth targets and drive measurable ROI.

  • Craft Go-to-Market Strategies: Define and execute go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives and market trends, collaborating with the Insights team to refine campaign direction.

  • Coordinate Marketing Resources: Secure and align marketing resources across functions to support industry growth goals, ensuring every aspect of our marketing plans is backed by the right support.

  • Collaborate with Functional Teams: Work closely with content, creative, demand generation, PR, research, and market intelligence teams to meet the needs of our industry marketing plans.

  • Leverage Data for Growth: Partner with Insights and Digital teams to understand and utilize intent data, driving activities that enhance our growth enablement efforts.

  • Lead Campaigns from Start to Finish: Own your campaigns end-to-end, focusing on generating strong ROI, meeting targets, and continuously optimizing for top performance.

  • Assess and Optimize Results: Track and evaluate campaign outcomes, using insights to inform improvements and ensure each campaign’s effectiveness for future success.

Your expertise

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration, along with 7-10 years of relevant experience under your belt.

  • You understand the marketing mix inside and out and know how to apply strategies that make the most of every opportunity.

  • You bring initiative, resourcefulness, and attention to detail to everything you do, staying persistent and dependable in reaching your goals.

  • You’re skilled at building credibility with clients, fostering strong relationships, and positively influencing those around you.

  • You excel at juggling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and keeping a professional, "can-do" attitude—even in high-pressure situations.

  • You’re an excellent communicator who encourages creativity, shares best practices, and aligns resources to hit our marketing targets.
