Ravenswood is the home to our headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. We take pride in having a friendly, open office life that is relaxed and honest. We truly want you to come to work as your whole self. As a flexible-first organization, this role requires the Partner Program Manager to be onsite at the office two-three days a week.
What you’d be doing in this role
As our Partner Program Manager, you’ll be at the heart of building and nurturing relationships that make a real impact. In this role, you’ll create, launch, and oversee meaningful partnership initiatives that not only elevate our product offerings but also expand our reach and help us grow together with our partners. You’ll work closely with both our internal teams and external partners, aligning everyone around shared goals and fostering collaboration that drives success. The impact you’ll make

Develop Partnership Strategy: You’ll define and execute partnership strategies that align with our goals, ensuring every collaboration contributes to our growth.

Manage Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and build strong relationships with both new and existing partners, fostering connections that benefit everyone involved.

Build Programs: You’ll design and roll out partner programs, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support, creating a seamless experience from start to finish.

Analyze Performance: Monitor and evaluate partnership success, providing insights and recommendations to keep improving and maximizing value.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure our partners are aligned and supported.

Research the Market: Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor the competitive landscape, and identify emerging partnership opportunities.

Lead Partner Communication: Be the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns along the way.
Your expertise
-
Education: You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or you’ve built up enough relevant experience to demonstrate your expertise.

Experience: With 3-5 years in partner management, business development, or a related role, you’ve built a strong track record—ideally with experience in the legal industry or SaaS environments. Legal and/or eDiscovery experience preferred, but not required.

Client Success: You know what success looks like in client-facing roles, and you can demonstrate it through your past achievements, showcasing your ability to create positive outcomes for partners and clients alike.

Adaptability & Growth Mindset: The idea of working with small to medium-sized start-ups excites you, and you’re comfortable with the fast pace and changes that come with a growing environment.

Communication Skills: Communication is one of your strengths; whether it’s writing a clear, concise email or presenting in person, you know how to connect with people and get the message across effectively.

Authorization & Flexibility: You’re legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer and are flexible with travel, whether it’s to the Chicago HQ for key events or to meet partners and clients on-site.
