RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly service forecasts
• Manage and track all service leads
• Ensure all leads are followed up in a timely manner
• Ensure all recent customers receive a follow up call to determine satisfaction of department
• Work closely with department manager to develop appointment setting strategies

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication, organization, time management, computer, and basic math skills
• Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
• Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
• Previous customer service experience required
• Automotive industry experience preferred
