Position: Restaurant Server / Banquet Server

Reports To: Food & Beverage Managers, Banquet Manager, F&B Director


Position Summary

Responsible for delivering a high-quality dining experience to members and guests through attentive service, product knowledge, and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve members and guests in a courteous and timely manner
  • Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, beverages, and daily specials
  • Provide recommendations, including wine pairings
  • Set, clear, and reset tables in accordance with club standards
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas
  • Address guest needs promptly and communicate concerns to management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of serving experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic math and POS proficiency
  • Knowledge of food, wine, and service standards preferred

Requirements

  • Food Safety Certification
  • Must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
