Job Title: Subaru Product Specialist

Location: New Motors Subaru, Erie, PA

Job Overview:
Are you passionate about cars and love connecting with people? Join our team at New Motors Subaru as a Subaru Product Specialist! In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert on Subaru’s latest features and technology, helping new Subaru owners fully understand and enjoy all the capabilities of their vehicle. This position is NOT A SALES position.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with new Subaru owners to review and demonstrate the features of their vehicle.
• Educate customers on how to optimize the functionality and performance of their Subaru.
• Answer questions regarding vehicle technology, safety features, and general usage.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Subaru products, features, and updates.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience and ensure customers feel confident with their purchase.

Qualifications:

• Passion for Subaru vehicles and commitment to learning new automotive technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Willingness to become a product expert on Subaru models.

Schedule:

40 hour work week with 2 days off per week. Saturday is a scheduled day, off Sunday. Choice of weekly day off (example Wednesday) plus Sunday. 9 am start time.
