Maintenance Pool

Available on 2nd shift 3:00pm-11:00pm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with and assist Maintenance, Production & Sanitation personnel
• Requires working inside/outside, in the heat/cold, including elevated areas (ex. roof/silos)
• Conduct forklift battery changes
• Clean / detail forklifts
• Perform facility painting as needed
• Replace HVAC filters & wash coils
• Ensure proper lighting is maintained throughout the facility by ensuring bulbs are replaced timely
• Conduct preventative maintenance and cleaning of facility exhaust & supply fans
• Perform basic facility maintenance as assigned
• Record maintenance data as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor & Manager to monitor equipment performance
• Identify and report equipment concerns to the Maintenance Manager.
• Participate in overtime assignments as required.
• Provide “on call” coverage as needed.
• Perform other various duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Forklift repair and HVAC repair experience preferred.
• 1-5 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Maintenance jargon, Maintenance Best Practices Knowledge; OSHA, safety, etc.
• Proven ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Working knowledge of GMP, OSHA and Production needs.
