Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at New Haven Assisted Living in Tomball, TX. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and document residents' health status and communicate any changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Follow care plans and company policies to deliver consistent and high-quality care.
• Support residents with mobility and transportation as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting and assisting residents.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
