Horticulture Associates - $15.00 HR Seasonal

New Albany Country Club is seeking Seasonal Horticulture Associates to help maintain the beautiful grounds and landscapes surrounding our premier private club. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors in a professional, team-oriented environment.

Season: April through September
Schedule: Full-Time | 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. | Some Summer Weekends

Pay: $15.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping and flower beds around the clubhouse
• Assist with annual flower installations and planter setups
• Water plants and monitor irrigation systems
• Deadhead flowers and weed garden beds
• Daily cleanup of exterior clubhouse areas
• Assist with seasonal planting and landscape upkeep
• Support Greens & Grounds Department as needed

Qualifications

• Available full-time (6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Basic horticulture or landscaping knowledge preferred (not required)
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
