Seasonal Culinarians

New Albany Country Club is seeking Seasonal Culinarians to join our culinary team for the upcoming summer season. This role is ideal for dependable, team-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and are committed to delivering high-quality dining experiences to our members and guests.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating following club standards
• Consistently execute recipes while ensuring quality and presentation
• Support service across various outlets, including dining rooms, poolside, events, and banquets
• Keep a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Collaborate with chefs and culinary team members for smooth daily operations

Schedule Expectations

Must be available for shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Shifts may vary based on business requirements, events, and seasonal demands

What We’re Looking For

• Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome
• Strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Dependability and punctuality are crucial
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
