Sales Development Representative (SDR) 

Ready to launch your career in sales and make waves in the industry? Netchex is searching for energetic and ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our National Sales Team. This full-time role is based at our lively Corporate office in Covington, LA, where you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them uncover the incredible value of our cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage Prospects: Proactively reach out to key contacts in prospective companies to spark interest in our innovative solutions.
• Communicate Value: Deliver clear, compelling, and articulate explanations of our business value to potential customers.
• Identify Needs: Skillfully probe for business gaps and pre-qualify needs and decision authority.
• Generate Leads: Schedule qualified appointments for our Sales Executives to drive opportunities forward.
• Maintain Records: Keep Salesforce updated with accurate and detailed information.
• Learn and Grow: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and future enhancements.
• Achieve Goals: Follow guidelines and training to meet and exceed quota and activity goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: A degree in business, psychology, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Skills: Exceptional organization, time management, communication, and listening skills.
• Passion: A strong desire to make an impact and be part of a team that focuses on integrity, trust and scaling.
• Team Player: Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
