The Inventory Assistant / Lot Porter maintains the used and new car inventory with precision and careful attention to detail to help optimize sales.

The basic job duties for this position are as follows:
  • Moves cars that have been used to block traffic flow overnight
  • Report any used car issues to the Inventory Manager immediately
  • Responsible for all keys you have checked out
  • Brings used and new cars forward as needed to fill open spots
  • Moves new and used cars around to help promotion of focused incentives
  • Maintains a perfectly groomed car lot
  • Updates VAuto daily
  • Aid other departments as needed with Inventory Manager permission
  • Aid Inventory Manager in off lot duties
  • Sticker new and used cars
  • Help Inventory Manager in walking used cars
  • Write descriptions on used cars.
  • Walk the lot and inspect for open car spots, damage and any items needing attention
Qualifications
  • Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
  • Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
  • Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
