What You’ll Do

 

Welcome and assist guests with a smile

Share information and keep experiences safe and enjoyable

Support event activities, attractions, and line management

Assist during downtime or emergencies by directing guests as needed

Be a positive team player across Winter Wonder Fest and Navy Pier

 

 


What We’re Looking For

 

Customer service or guest experience background

Friendly, reliable, and respectful of all guests and teammates

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Comfortable standing for long periods in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma (or equivalent) required

 

 


Key Details

 

Job Duration: December 4, 2025 – January 4, 2026 **Seasonal Opportunity**

Job Fair Dates: October 21 & 22, 2025 | 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Navy Pier (You can apply online today and or come to our onsite Job Fair)

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: At least 3 days/week (22.5 hrs. min), evenings & weekends required

(3 work shifts are available)
