Unarmed Security Officer - Jacksonville

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and professional  Unarmed Security Officer to become part of our team in the Jacksonville area. The successful applicant will bring experience in both security operations and customer relations, with a strong focus on maintaining a safe, friendly, and secure atmosphere for guests, staff, and residents.

Primary Duties:

• Maintain a noticeable presence and observe the property for irregular or suspicious behavior.

• Provide outstanding guest support while adhering to site-specific safety protocols and guidelines.

• Perform routine inspections and patrols of designated zones to discourage risks and spot any potential safety concerns.

• React quickly and effectively to emergencies, including fire, medical, or other critical events.

• Support the control of pedestrian flow, manage access points, and assist with traffic or parking logistics as needed.

• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents and daily activities.

• Uphold facility rules and ensure the environment remains secure and well-regulated.

• Act as a courteous and professional point of contact between visitors and property management.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in a customer service or security-related position.

• Possession of a valid Florida Class D Security License (required).

• Must hold a current Florida Driver’s License.
