  About the Role:

  Nation Security is hiring a results-driven Security Operations Manager to oversee and lead field operations across multiple client sites. This role is responsible for supervising security personnel, ensuring service quality, building strong client relationships, and managing daily operations with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and support security supervisors and field officers

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure post orders and policies are being followed

  • Act as the main point of contact for client concerns and service requests

  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage across multiple accounts

  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical issues in real time

  • Monitor guard performance and enforce company standards

  • Prepare reports, conduct evaluations, and recommend disciplinary actions when needed

  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and field training of new officers

  • Maintain strong working relationships with property managers and business partners

  • Ensure all licensing, certifications, and compliance requirements are up to date

  Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in the security industry

  • Valid Class D and G Security Licenses (Florida)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems quickly

  • Flexible schedule — must be available for nights, weekends, and on-call duties

  • Proficient with scheduling systems, incident reporting software, and basic office tech

  • Clean background and valid driver’s license
