Service Technician Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using the latest tools and diagnostic equipment

Perform routine maintenance services as outlined in repair orders

Complete work efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards

Test drive vehicles before and after repairs

Communicate findings and repair recommendations to the Service Advisor

Provide estimates and timelines for additional work needed

Perform warranty work and follow factory procedures
Service Technician Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician
- Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- Fast, eager learner and team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
