Automotive Service Advisor

Service Advisor – Napleton Downtown Hyundai, Chicago

Napleton has served drivers for more than 90 years and is still family-owned. We're growing, and we want advisors who like a busy drive and want to build a career, not just hold a job.

What you'll do

• Greet customers, do vehicle walkarounds, and write accurate repair orders in Dealertrack
• Present inspection findings and recommend needed maintenance and repairs, explaining their value clearly
• Act as the link between customers and technicians, and keep customers updated by phone, text and video throughout the visit
• Verify warranty, recall and service contract coverage, and process deductibles correctly
• Hit CSI, hours-per-RO, ELR and sales goals

What you bring

• At least 2 years of dealership service advisor experience preferred
• A track record of strong CSI and sales performance
• Clear communication and the ability to stay organized in a high-volume drive
• A valid driver's license
• Experience with Dealertrack is a plus. Hyundai experience is a big plus.
